pani puri/gol gappa/fuschka. classic south asian street food. best snack, and definitely one of the best foods i ate in india.
fried puff, broken on top, filled with chaat (spiced lentils/chickpeas in a sauce), with a spiced water, and a yogurt sauce drizzled over to cool the heat. my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
